To commemorate 150 years of serving quality tea, The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. curated a limited edition commemorative gift set with the finest tea selection from Sri Lanka, Nuwara Eliya, commonly known as the champagne of Ceylon.

Paying homage to the mountain of Nuwara Eliya, the inner panel is delicately adorned with details of the emblematic Nuwara Eliya mountain. Nuwara Eliya means ‘Above the Clouds’, where its lofty peak sits 600 feet above sea level with crisp cold winds, giving the tea its slight wintergreen characteristics.

Handpicked from 150 year old tea bushes and specially lightly rolled in very small quantities, this delicately flavoured white tea has robust characteristics and signature malty and nutty flavours. Enjoy this timeless signature that is light, smooth and full bodied, yielding a perfect blend for any occasion.
